Seven candidates for two MLC positions
A candidate for the Legislative Council says the current system for electing members helps emphasise the difference between the two chambers.
Seven people are vying for the two seats available in LegCo including finance professional Craig Brown.
He was nominated by Treasury Minister David Ashford.

The election will be held in the House of Keys on 23 November.
The other candidates are Corelli Bentham, MaryBeth Coll, Paul Craine, Connor Keenan, Diane Kelsey and Bill Shimmins.
