Two week break for vaccination programme
The health minister says filling a two week gap in the Island's Covid vaccination roll out, by bringing forward second doses, would cause 'absolute chaos'.
Distribution of the AstraZeneca and Pfizer jabs will be put on hold from today (31 May) until 14 June.
The only injections given over this period will be special home visits.
David Ashford says it's an unavoidable situation:
Sailings cancelled due to predicted gales
Have your say on the future of the Island's plantations
Warning for 'disorderly' parents attending schools
Yellow weather warning for gale force winds
