Andrew Forster standing for new political party, Change
Douglas East now has a fifth candidate standing in September's General Election.
Andrew Forster is standing as a member of the new political party, Change.
The party's priorities include rebuilding government and abolishing the Council of Ministers, overhauling healthcare and 'ending mass immigration'.
Also standing in the constituency are Clare Barber, Joney Faragher, Dave Mackey and Andy Saunders.
The General Election is taking place on Thursday 24 September.
