Council due to start on project this summer
New trees will be planted in Willaston to replace ones which are being removed in order to build a new apartment complex.
Douglas Borough Council will construct 48 apartments, on Snaefell Road, with work expected to start in August or September.
Plans for the social housing development are on display at the butchers in Willaston – a progress board will also be installed at the site with up to date information.
