Communications Commission survey asks for public's experiences
The Island's telecoms regulator wants to know if customers have experienced barriers when looking to change provider.
The Communications Commission is seeking feedback from those who've switched companies for internet or phone services.
The survey can be found on the consultation hub on the government's website, with responses being accepted until 15 April.
