Fears loss of West Quay parking could 'kill' Ramsey retail

Residents raise concerns over £4 m project

Local businesses in Ramsey say they fear the loss of more than 50 parking spaces could be the death of retail in the town.

Plans to redevelop West Quay are being submitted for approval by the Department of Infrastructure. 

The £4 million project will include a new sea wall, complete reconstruction of the road and the installation of a new leisure area.
