Improved productivity is key
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says the Island needs to increase the amount of jobs on offer.
He was responding to comments an extra 15,000 workers were needed to save the Isle of Man from economic chaos.
Mr Gawne believes the problem lies with productivity.
