Charity to fund more training and equipment
It's hoped additional training and equipment will reduce the waiting time for patients diagnosed with breast cancer on the Island.
Just 55.9% of those treated over the last 12 months were seen within 14 days of their referral.
The illness is the most common type of cancer on the Island, with 665 people using the service last year.
