Plan was put into public domain this week
A Covid-19 exit strategy published by government this week is a way of ‘starting a conversation’ about the future.
That’s the view of the chief executive of the department for enterprise.
Mark Lewin says the Council of Ministers has been working on the document for some time but has admitted that some things contained in it will ‘clearly change’.
However he says a plan out of the pandemic had to go into the public domain:
