Memories and artifacts on display in Ramsey
Comprehensive education in the Isle of Man is celebrating a landmark anniversary from today.
An exhibition of memorabilia, artifacts and film footage was officially opened at Ramsey Heritage Centre earlier.
Ramsey Grammar School opened in October 1946 - comprehensive schools didn't become widespread in the UK for another two decades.
The exhibition, which is open to all, is open between 10am and 4pm, Monday-Saturday, until November.
Speaking earlier this year, history teacher Andrew Wilkinson said it was 'about the people', and the stories told in the school's history.
