Treasury must spend wisely, says MHK
Every pound has to be well spent and all investments must play a part in supporting the Island's economy.
That's from political member for the Treasury, Andrew Smith.
The budget for the 2022-23 financial year will be set out in next month's sitting of Tynwald.
