Incentives provided to encourage local business sector to employ graduates
The Enterprise Minister says a full range of measures are necessary to keep skilled workers on the Island.
Dr Alex Allinson says initiatives are needed to bring skilled workers to the Isle of Man and to entice those who have left for training or university, back.
Among the initiatives hosted by the DfE is the Isle of Man's Graduate Fair, where local businesses can actively recruit students, graduates and school leavers.
The department says it will work in partnership with the local business community and provide incentives to hire graduates:
