Will continue to provide bread and rolls into May
Ramsey Bakery says it’s agreed to continue production of some of its products into May.
That's despite announcing it was shutting down operations at the end of this month.
Delivery services have stopped, and Mr B’s shops closed today, but the bakery says it will produce bread and rolls – subject to the ingredients that it has available.
Products will be available at Shoprite stores for the first two weeks of May – some items will also be provided to Co-op stores for the first few days of the month.
Ramsey Bakery says after that it really will be ‘finally hanging up the oven-gloves’.
