Bill addresses several issues, including shared parental leave
Employment laws including shared parental leave have to reflect modern society on the Isle of Man.
That's the view of Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston as a bill addressing a number of labour issues is progressing through the House of Keys.
The Employment Amendment Bill 2023 updates legislation on family leave, whistleblowing and zero hours contracts.
