Action will be taken if guidelines aren't followed
The chief minister is appealing for employers to be reasonable and responsible with the key worker status during the coronavirus restrictions.
After a lockdown was brought in earlier this week, only those in essential sectors, such as healthcare, education and the food industry, are permitted to attend their place of work.
All other workers are being asked to stay at home and follow social distancing guidelines.
