Planned closure of Mountain Road postponed following incident
The emergency services are dealing with a collision at Sulby Bridge, with the road expected to remain closed until midday.
Police say the route is shut between Sulby Bridge and the Sulby Glen Hotel.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
The Department of Infrastructure has postponed a planned closure on the Mountain Road due to the incident.
The road between Hairpin and Bungalow had been due to close while race equipment is removed, but will now stay open until the incident is resolved.

UPDATE MIDDAY:
Emergency services are continuing to deal with a collision in the north of the Island involving a heavy goods vehicle which had rolled over, leaving the occupant trapped inside.
Police have confirmed the road between the Sulby Glen Hotel to Sulby Bridge is expected to remain shut until 2pm.
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed it used specialist cutting equipment to safely release the casualty from the vehicle.
Bus Vannin says its services are being diverted from Ramsey, along Jurby Road to Ballacrye Road, to the Wildlife Park and back.
