Union accused Graham Cregeen of institutional bullying
The findings of an investigation into allegations of bullying against the education minister have been submitted to the chief secretary.
The NAHT union accused Graham Cregeen of institutional bullying earlier this year, resulting in Chief Minister Howard Quayle referring the case to the head of the Island's civil service.
The complaint came following meetings as part of the ongoing dispute over teachers pay and conditions.
Mr Cregeen told Manx Radio he's complied with the investigation into his conduct:
