Isle of Man salaries currently tied to UK decision
A member of the education department believes it's time to look at the way the Island sets teachers' pay.
Currently, the Department of Education, Sport and Culture follows the decision of the UK's Education Secretary when reviewing pay scales.
The National Union of Head Teachers indicated last week that it's members are prepared to strike over the current pay dispute.
