The education minister admits some aspects of teacher strike action starting tomorrow will be 'an unknown to all of us'.
Members of the NASUWT union will walk out tomorrow and Thursday (30 November - 1 December) in a dispute over pay and conditions.
Several Island schools are asking numerous year groups to stay home during the walkout.
