Full-time pay for Island workers increased on average by 2% last year.
That's according to figures from the Government's latest Earnings Survey.
A snapshot of data from June 2015 shows a rise in average gross weekly pay to £672, but a slight decrease in average pay.
It also reveals that earnings remain higher than those in the United Kingdom, by an average of 10%.
