Will stand trial at Court of General Gaol Delivery
Two people from Douglas will stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery after being accused of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Joanne Marie Collister, 49, and Ivan Muzik, 53 – both of Marathon Road – appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
They’re charged with having almost a kilo of the Class B substance at their home address on 18 November 2021 – it allegedly had a street value of £19,770.
Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the higher court, will take place on 4 April; the duo has been bailed until then.
