Drunk in charge of vehicle and used provoking behaviour
A Douglas man has been ordered to carry out 180 hours of community service, for being drunk whilst in charge of a vehicle and provoking behaviour.
30 year old Wiktor Pavel Zabinski, of Princes Road, has also been banned from driving for six months and must undertake a drink drive rehabilitation course before he can apply for his licence again.
He was convicted of the charge relating to the vehicle following a trial, and pleaded guilty to the provoking behaviour charge.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes ordered him to pay almost £3,700 in costs.
