Driver sustains minor injuries in crash, bunny dazzled

Emergency services attend incident overnight

Fire and rescue teams were called out to Keristal on Marine Drive in the early hours of the morning to deal with a single-vehicle road traffic collision.

The driver of the vehicle was out by the time emergency services arrived and suffered only minor injuries.

During the incident fire crews say a nearby rabbit became 'dazzled' in the bright lights, and was safely escorted back to a hedge.
