
Stanley Cain has taken the reins as the new Mayor of Douglas.
In a ceremony yesterday afternoon (WED), he was officially declared as Mayor, and took his seat at the top table.
Replacing Carol Malarkey, his role will include overseeing council meetings, attending public events and raising money for his chosen charities.
