Recent weather means capital's coast needs a tidy
Beach Buddies will be heading to Douglas this weekend, with the capital's seafront in need of a clean following the recent weather.
The charity's weekly session will get underway on Sunday at the slipway opposite the Villa Marina from 10.30am.
The organisation says there's always lots of rubbish to collect on Douglas beach, which has seen more than 1,500 school children taking part in beach cleans this year.
New volunteers are welcome to take part, with all equipment provided by Beach Buddies.
