The enterprise minister says businesses affected during the height of the works on Douglas promenade, can still apply for a support scheme.
Financial aid was introduced by the department when businesses were suffering a loss of income - with the road shut and passing traffic significantly reduced.
Dr Alex Allinson says although the funding is coming to an end in the summer businesses still have time to apply:
Over £720,000 has been claimed through the Douglas Promenade Support Scheme so far.
