Construction permitted under new lockdown rules

The refurbishment project had been put on hold due to the Island's circuit breaker lockdown.
Changes coming in from midnight tonight however, will allow construction workers to return to work.
MyProm say a small team will be on the site over the weekend, ahead of a restart of construction on Monday (25 January).
