Arrest follows incident in Crosby
A 27-year-old man from Douglas has been charged with robbery, appeared at court earlier today, and has been bailed.
It's in relation to an incident at the concrete bus shelter at the junction of Main Road and Eyreton Road in Crosby, at around 4.40pm on Wednesday.
Constable Mike Taylor says although the man has been charged officers are still investigating and inquiries are ongoing.
He wants to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, in particular the two people in a white van which stopped near the scene.
Anyone with any information can call him at Castletown Police Station on 822222, speak to any police officer, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
