A man from Douglas accused of assaulting a woman has been remanded in custody.
Twenty-year-old Tyler Jack Snape of Willaston Crescent appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly but not guilty to assault.
There was no bail application and Snape was remanded in custody to appear again on 27 October.
