Henry Bloom Noble had been closed during coronavirus lockdown
The Henry Bloom Noble Library in Douglas is reopening today, although a number of changes have been introduced to ensure it's safe to do so.
The library has been closed during the coronavirus lockdown.
A limited number of people will be allowed in at anyone time, with a 'one-in-one-out' policy being operated and a 15-minute limit on visits.
Other measures include: no access to computers, toilets, the hot drinks machine or downstairs; no newspapers, magazines or jigsaws; the photocopier is self-service only; and no cash will be accepted, just card payments.
Opening hours are 10am-3pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.
