
Douglas kicked off the countdown to Christmas last night as the capital’s lights were switched on.
The evening saw hundreds of people gathered for the traditional start to the festivities with entertainment and fun outside the Town Hall.
Last night was also the first of the late-night shopping evenings in the town centre in the run-up to the big day.
