It comes after the local authority announced its plans to sell 17 properties
Douglas Council is inviting 'expressions of interest' for a new social housing development in the city.
It's looking to hear from landowners, developers and organisations with suitable sites or 'design-and-build' proposals which would deliver high-quality and affordable homes.

It's asking those with potential developments of ten or more apartments to contact the council through its procurement portal.
