The fun starts at 1pm
Douglas Carnival will be back this afternoon after a four year break.
Events will get underway at 1pm, including free rides near the War Memorial, a cultural garden and circus skills workshop.
The parade will take place at 4pm.
Loch and Harris Promenades will close to vehicles from 3pm until no later than 7pm and no parking is allowed there from 12pm.
