A Douglas businessman says he’s hoping to make the House of Keys listen more to people’s views – if he tops the polls at a by-election.
Ralph Peake, founder of Luminaires lighting store, will contest the North Douglas seat left vacant after Bill Henderson was elevated to the Legislative Council.
A former rally champion, he’s also a swimming teacher and secretary of the Isle of Man Swimming Club.
