Spotlight on Manx attraction in Seaside Heritage Network's annual competition
The Douglas Bay Horse Tramway has been shortlisted for 'top seaside experience' in the Seaside Heritage Network's 2025 Bucket and Spade list.
The entry states: 'as one of the last surviving horse-drawn tramways in the world, it stands as a testament to endurance and heritage, delighting both visitors and locals alike'.
Other attractions shortlisted include Scarborough's Central Tramway, Redcar's Lemon Top ice cream, the Jolly Fisherman Poster in Skegness, and the 'Super Snails' at Joyland in Great Yarmouth.
Voting is now open until 30 August.
The winners will be revealed at the Seaside Heritage Network's 'Big Day In' online event on Saturday 6 September.
