Continued dry and sunny conditions could lead to problems for the Island's milling wheat farmers.
It's not rained for more than two weeks - another seven to 10 days could see crops suffer beyond recovery.
With extremes in weather posing a potential impact on yield - coupled with the loss of Ramsey Bakery last year - there are questions over what can be done to help the sector survive.
