Check bonfires for wildlife before lighting fires
We're being urged not to let wild animals accidentally die in bonfires tonight.
Small mammals, including hedgehogs and even cats, seek shelter in the warmth a pile of dry wood can provide - which homeowners fail to check before igniting.
The Manx Hedgehog Conservation Society is warning anyone planning a bonfire tonight of the risk.
