Department previously admitted failings on Manx Electric Railway
Magistrates have agreed to adjourn a health and safety case against the Department of Infrastructure until November.
Sentencing was due to take place at Douglas Courthouse today (28 September).
The DoI had previously admitted two offences of failing to discharge duty – between 12 April 2017 and 17 July 2021 – on the Manx Electric Railway.

However the sentencing hearing has now been rescheduled for 3 November instead.
