Expressions of interest to be sought in near future
The Department of Infrastructure will soon be seeking private companies to operate the Island's marinas.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer confirmed at a Tynwald committee hearing looking at the harbours strategy that a call for expressions of interest will go out in the near future.
The DoI wants to improve the facilities at Manx marinas to attract more visitors, and increase the number of berths available for local yacht-owners.
