Chief Minister says all options must be considered
Government has held back on plans to create a new unit to oversee major building projects.
The Cabinet Office had been due to take over schemes costing more than £3 million from the Department of Infrastructure.
But the change has now been put on hold following the publication of an independent review of the DoI.
