ManxSPCA issues plea
The ManxSPCA is issuing a plea to people to keep dogs on leads as much as possible.
It comes after members of the Port Erin Coastguard were called out after a dog fell down a gully down by the Sound over the weekend.
Yesterday, Manx Utilities tweeted reports of dogs being let off the leash to go swimming in drinking-water reservoirs.
