Dog owners reminded of 'duty of care'

Warning comes following recent court case

An animal welfare body is reminding dog owners of their ‘duty of care’.

The Manx SPCA says extra vigilance is required, especially when pets encroach onto private land.

A recent court case saw a Greeba man, Neil Cheetham, ordered to pay £6,700 compensation after two of his dogs killed more than 60 livestock.
