Does direct criticism and harassment on social media act as a deterrent to potential MHKs?
That was a suggestion put forward by Lord Lisvane on Thursday, as he continued his review into the functioning of Tynwald.
He was hearing evidence from political activist James Hampton, who's an advocate of "direct democracy", where members of the public would be able to vote directly on any issue.
