The PO reported its first loss ever a few months ago and now faces the possibility of strike action by staff, angry at what's proposed in a five year plan. 

Part of the problem facing the organisation is that many people aren't sending letters any more - with a 47% drop recorded in the last ten years.

John Moss spoke to some shoppers in Douglas to see if they still write and send letters . . .
