Parliament to vote on issue again later this year
Tynwald couldn't decide whether or not to introduce more 20mph and 30mph speed limits on the Isle of Man.
Middle MHK Bill Shimmins asked colleagues in parliament to agree that the maximum speed limit on urban roads should be 20mph, and on narrow rural lanes should be 30mph.

The House of Keys and LegCo disagreed on an amendment from Tim Baker, so a combined vote will now take place in October.
