Quayle won't be 'bloody difficult' in Westminster
The Chief Minister says he won't 'bang the table' during Brexit negotiations.
Howard Quayle has been in Westminster this week, meeting parliamentary representatives to discuss the Island's position after the UK leaves the EU.
