Dick Welsh MBE says he's 'honoured' to have been reappointed as the Isle of Man's Commissioner to the Northern Lighthouse Board (NLB).
He's serving another three-year term following a nomination from the Lieutenant Governor.
The NLB operates and maintains six lights, two radar beacons and three buoys in Manx waters.
