DHSC chief exec leaves role after completing two-year contract

Salary of £111,000 and relocation package available for replacement

The head of the health department has left her role after completing her two-year contract.

Kathryn Magson was appointed the Interim Chief Executive officer for the Department of Health and Social Care in January 2020 to oversee the transition of the Island's healthcare services to Manx Care.

The Isle of Man Government says she's now come to the end of her term, and has taken up a post in the UK.

A job advert for her replacement is open until the end of the week, with a salary of up to £111,000 and a £10,000 relocation package on offer.
