Proposals for eight three-storey homes on promenade
A property developer wants to build eight townhouses on Mooragh Promenade in Ramsey.
Seymar Developments Limited has submitted a planning application to build the properties on a vacant plot off Premier Road.
The same company previously sought permission to develop an apartment complex on the same site, but is now proposing a row of three-storey townhouses.
The development would include parking for 28 cars, including garages for each home, as well as landscaping.
