Allinson admits staff shortages will be 'hard to anticipate'
The education minister says headteachers will be given help to deal with ongoing industrial action.
The NASUWT has asked members not to cover staff absences or after school activities.
Speaking in the House of Keys this morning, Dr Alex Allinson says it's not clear how disruptive this will be:
